Location: Merewether, NSW (a.k.a. Paradise)
Hours: Full-time, but with a suspicious number of lunch breaks at the beach

About Us
Ballingers Financial Planning is a thriving boutique firm led by Stephen Ballinger, who's been in the game so long he probably gave Noah advice on asset allocation before the ark set sail. (We kid. Sort of.)

About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Client Service Manager to join our friendly and fast-growing team. You'll be the organisational ninja who keeps our advisers (and Stephen) running like a well-oiled spreadsheet. You'll be the calm voice our clients adore and the capable hands that make sure everything's done right, on time, and with a smile.
You'll be:

Liaising with our lovely clients, helping them feel valued, heard, and occasionally laughing at our jokes.

Managing admin processes like client onboarding, reviews, and paperwork that miraculously gets done because of you.

Keeping Stephen organised, which might require Jedi-level time management skills and the occasional gentle nudge.
You'll need:

Experience in financial planning admin or client service (bonus points if you've wrangled Xplan).

A love for people, systems, and ticking things off your to-do list.

The ability to work in a team that genuinely enjoys each other's company—and the beach.

A sense of humour (mandatory—see above re: Stephen).
