Service Technician – Aluminium Windows and Doors

An opportunity has become available for the services of an experienced Aluminium Window and Door service Technician/ Installer to work within our Windows Division based in Yatala. Working 38 hours Monday to Friday with overtime.

We are seeking a self-motivated, hard working person to join this team.

About the role:

  • Glazing of residential aluminium windows and doors.
  • Carry out servicing of aluminium windows and doors.
  • Installation of residential aluminium windows and doors
  • Conducting repairs, making adjustments, replacing parts, taking measurements and documenting all work performed.
  • Fault identification and rectification.
  • Ensure all installation and repairs comply with current standards and codes.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their individual requirements
  • Work closely with scheduling and other team members to manage workloads and customer expectations.
  • Follow safe working standards and procedures

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified glazier - Cert III or similar
  • Knowledge of AWS Vantage and Elevate window systems highly regarded.
  • Experience in installation, glazing and servicing of Aluminium Window and Door systems.
  • Elevated work platform/ working from heights tickets an advantage.
  • Attention to details.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Be well presented.
  • Full Driver's Licence and Construction Card critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
