What You'll Do

  • Lead with Passion: Deliver legendary experiences for both customers and your team.
  • Set the Tone: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space where everyone thrives.
  • Stay Sharp: Anticipate needs, keep the energy up, and ensure smooth shifts.
  • Own the Flame: Drive the energy, atmosphere, and operations to make every shift brilliant.

  • An experienced leader or someone with management experience (fast casual dining a bonus but not essential).
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to run smooth operations while inspiring and developing teams.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.

You'll work with all Nando's ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
