An exciting opportunity exists for a Qualified Sheetmetal Fabricator at Advanced Sheetmetal in Clayton, VIC.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification as a Sheetmetal Fabricator or 1st Class Sheetmetal Fabricator
  • Strong fabrication skills with the ability to read and understand design drawings
  • High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Welding experience required
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in the plumbing or building industry
  • Previous experience producing roofing products
  • Forklift license

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing rainwater goods and sheetmetal products
  • Fabricating light gauge sheetmetal with precision and attention to detail
  • Interpreting shop drawings to accurately produce designs
  • Ensuring high-quality work while under minimal supervision
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a reliable and dedicated team
