Your Role

  • Supervise and support the floor team in daily operations
  • Oversee ductwork and Sheetmetal production processes
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all tasks

  • Work closely with management to meet production targets

  • What You Bring:

  • Proven years of experience in ductwork and Sheetmetal manufacturing

  • 3-5 years Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork
