Glennon Tiles is an 80-year-strong, family-owned business that has built a reputation as one of the most well-known and respected tile suppliers in the Australian design and construction industry. We service only the commercial market, working with architects, designers, builders, and developers..

With decades of experience and deep industry relationships, our focus is on quality, service, and long-term partnerships. We're now looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Alexandria headquarters and be part of the next chapter of growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Call and convert qualified leads while actively identifying new business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, designers, and building professionals
  • Provide expert product advice for commercial projects across sectors
  • Prepare quotes, manage client orders, and work alongside our logistics team
  • Achieve realistic quarterly sales targets and earn uncapped commission

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, proactive attitude — experience in sales or design is great, but not essential
  • A self-starter who's comfortable picking up the phone and following through
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with confidence
  • Must be based in Australia with full working rights
