The opportunity

Princes Laundry Services' is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Service Manager to join their team in Gepps Cross, SA. This full-time role will play a key strategic part in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service for the South Australian region.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key commercial clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
  • Provide outstanding customer service, handling enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams and growth potential
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts
  • Actively participate in industry networking events and build a strong external profile
  • Manage and develop a team of sales and account management professionals

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a sales leadership role. Laundry experience not required as we will train and educate.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
