Are you ready to lead, inspire, and elevate community programs to new heights? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to bring their energy and passion to our facility.

The Role

This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. You'll play a key part in managing our day-to-day operations, creating innovative programs, and fostering a thriving community space where people of all ages and abilities can connect and grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Community Connection – Be the face of our facility Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.
  • Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
  • Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, you'll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.
  • Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity.

Facility opening hours

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-7:45pm

Saturday 9:00am-1:30pm

Sunday 10:15am-1:30pm

(You will not be required to work all these times)
