Positions Available: Full Time

• Baristas – Confident with latte art, dialing in, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring energy, skill, and personality to every cup.
• All-rounders – Friendly, customer-focused multitaskers who are passionate about great coffee and exceptional service. You'll manage food prep (toasties, pastries, acai), operate the till, and keep the floor running smoothly — true retail superstars in every sense.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving outstanding espresso-based drinks and beverages
• Delivering warm, upbeat customer service every time
• Helping establish the rhythm and standards of a brand-new venue
• Maintaining a clean, inviting workspace
• Working as part of a tight-knit team from day one
• Adhering to WHS and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Baristas and All-rounders who thrive on energy and teamwork
• Reliable, positive, and motivated individuals ready to grow with us
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Previous Retail experience is a plus, as a key focus of our business is retail coffee bag sales.
• Availability for a 4-day, 10-hour work week (6am–3pm), including weekends
