Detailing Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Detailing Technician** **to join our fast growing team at Caravan Fix Cardiff. You will be responsible for high quality outcomes for caravan and recreational vehicle cleaning, after the repair process has been completed. Assisting the team where needed in an all-rounder capacity to ensure the trades can concentrate on the repairs whilst all other supporting tasks are completed.

**About The Role**:

- Housekeeping of the repair facility - removing and disposing of hazardous or obsolete materials, sweeping and tidying zones, emptying bins etc.
- Assist trades where required with their duties.
- Safe handling of materials, parts and equipment.
- Follow management instructions to perform manual tasks.
- Cleaning vans interiors and exterior in compliance with company standards.
- Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums and other equipment to meet the role expectation.
- Using cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vans.
- Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate record of the vans condition through iBody.
- Managing inventory and requesting reorder of supplies as required.
- Keeping detailing area clean and tidy.
- Adhere to all WHS policies and processes to achieve a zero-harm outcome, report and action hazards/incidents.
- Ad Hoc duties as required.

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with advanced oral communication skills.
- Multi-tasker with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Possesses attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Shows initiative and enterprise skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
- Displays honesty, integrity, reliability and loyalty.
- Professional in manner and appearance.
- Highly adaptable with ability to deal with pressure.
