We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to the Chairman to join our team. No prior experience is required, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready for an exciting career supporting executive-level operations.

What You Will Do

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative and executive support to the Chairman
  • Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administration
  • Participate in frequent international business travel to various global destinations
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and confidential matters as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Individuals with passport/visa eligibility that allows easy international travel
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong organisational skills, professionalism, and a positive learning attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks independently
  • High level of integrity and discretion

Experience

  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Prior admin or support experience is an advantage but not essential
