Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage compliant loading of waste bin containers for the purpose of transport
  • Operate and maintain company owned transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
  • Perform and record daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
  • Adhere to driving hour restrictions & fatigue management requirements where applicable
  • Report incidents and preparing accident and incident reports as necessary

What Makes You a GOgetter

  • Possess a current and valid QLD HR licence
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months truck driving experience - operating a Front lift HR truck is an advantage
  • Have full working rights
  • Have a clean and recent driving record
  • Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive can-do attitude
