A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a critical role in the successful migration of complex data sets across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive data migration experience, with a proven track record of working on large transformation or system implementation projects within complex environments. Strong technical expertise in Informatica is essential, along with a solid understanding of data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end data migration activities across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using Informatica
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data migration requirements and strategies
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve data issues throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Support go-live and post-implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale data migration projects, ideally within financial services
  • Strong technical proficiency in Informatica
  • Sound understanding of data architecture, data governance, and migration best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
