Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to join its IT team on a permanent basis.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Collecting and organizing data: This involves gathering data from various sources and ensuring that it is clean, accurate, and well-structured.
- Cleaning and preparing data: This step involves identifying and correcting errors in the data, removing irrelevant information, and transforming the data into a format that can be analysed
- Analysing data: Once the data has been prepared, the data analyst will use statistical and analytical tools to extract insights and identify trends in the data
- Creating visualizations and reports: After analysing the data, the data analyst will create visualizations and reports to communicate their findings to stakeholders
- Making recommendations: Based on their analysis and insights, the data analyst will provide recommendations to stakeholders on how to improve business processes or optimize performance
- Monitoring and evaluating results: Finally, the data analyst will monitor the implementation of their recommendations and evaluate the impact of the changes made, making adjustments as needed
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Experience in building repeatable / scalable data process that automates from simple apps to machine learning principles
- Excellent Communication Skills
