Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Paget, QLD. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of AGIS. Duties will include conducting interviews, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment goals.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in industrial or high-risk environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
