As we expand into Queensland, we're looking for experienced Bakers and Process Workers to join our growing team at Sonoma Brisbane.

About the Roles

Bakers

If you're passionate about baking and skilled in crafting a variety of breads, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative, and supportive team.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have experience in high-volume bread production
  • Are confident working with different doughs (sourdough, whole grain, etc.)
  • Can mix, shape, and bake to artisan standards
  • Work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Are flexible to work across a rotating roster, with shifts primarily mid-morning to afternoon

Process Workers – Production & Packing

We're also seeking reliable process workers to support our production and packing departments. You'll need to be physically fit, comfortable working in a warm environment, and committed to maintaining food-handling and hygiene standards. Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is preferred.
