The Role: Are you a skilled operator looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic Operations team in Darra as a Filler/Operator In this role, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to customers. You'll work in a supportive environment that values safety, customer service, and continuous improvement. If you have a passion for warehousing, logistics, and a commitment to excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Your Day:

• Filling cylinders with products in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures
• Conducting quality control on filled cylinders
• Preparing cylinders for filling through pre-fill inspections
• General cylinder maintenance - Paint, label and barcode cylinders
• Palletise cylinders for transport, operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Conduct stocktakes as required
• Providing exceptional customer service
• General manual handling
• Maintaining good housekeeping practices and safety standards, and ensuring all safety risks, hazards or incidents are identified and reported
• Working Monday to Friday, starting at 5AM or 6AM, whichever works for you
• Permanent full time role of 38 hours per week, with an average overtime of 5 hours per week
• Rate per day: $33 to $35 per hour + super + bonus. Open to casual workers with casual loading ($41 to $43 per hour)

Who are you:

• You will have a forklift license with experience in warehouse/distribution for at least 6 months.
• Since you will be working with dangerous goods (DG), knowledge of DG would be advantageous.
• Your will be doing a physically demanding job with lifting and loading involved, so you must be physically fit for the role.
