Role Purpose
Work with the BuiltGrid team to identify, onboard, convert and support app users, who may be builders, trades, suppliers or service organisations in the construction industry using the BuiltGrid platform.

Daily activity:
Identify and nurture a portfolio of subscriber accounts to help them maximise their return on investment using the BuiltGrid software platform. You will Identify, educate and help users to fully engage and experience the full value of their subscription. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on achieving goals, personally and across the team.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Make targeted call and talk time per day through inbound/outbound calls and video meetings.
  • Minimum 80 calls and 3 hours talk time daily
  • Hit agreed targets by onboarding builders, trades and suppliers.
  • Engage with builders, trades and suppliers over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and helping them succeed.
  • Educate, influence and manage the pipeline through sign up, set up, subscription and training.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity in HubSpot CRM.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving call and talk-time targets.
  • Resilient and driven with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the residential construction industry (preferred).
  • Experience with crm, video conferencing and project management tools.
