About the role - 3-6 month contract with the view to extend

IQ Group is seeking talented Insurance claims specialists where you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day queries and escalations in the complaints stream

What you'll be doing

  • Processing claims and general admin duties in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to members by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating member information in our database
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and statements for clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless superannuation administration experience
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in superannuation regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • Insurance Claims experience

  • Previous experience in a dispute resolution / complaints management role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using superannuation administration software and databases
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of superannuation regulations and industry best practices
