The Role

  • Certificate III / Diploma Educators

  • Full time

  • Room Leader position (0-1 years room)

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Working towards or hold a Certificate III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • National Police Check

  • Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate

  • Developing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

  • Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators

  • Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators

  • Experience caring for infants aged 0–1 year

  • Be confident in programming and writing meaningful observations

  • Be a reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Possess strong leadership and organisational skills to effectively coordinate staff within the room
