**About You**

To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,** Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
