Physio and Fitness is a well-established, community-focused clinic with a strong reputation for high-quality care. Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Remedial Massage Therapists, and Clinical Pilates Instructors, all working together with a holistic, patient-centred approach.

• Strength and conditioning programs


• Exercise and movement performance assessments


• Injury rehabilitation


• Chronic disease management

Our clinic is equipped with modern facilities to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:


• Deliver tailored exercise programs for a wide variety of clients, from athletes to individuals with chronic health conditions.


• Collaborate with 2 experienced Exercise Physiologists and 7 Physiotherapists in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.


• Contribute to innovative health and wellness programs for the Gladstone community.

About You


• Completed degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent).


• ESSA accredited (or soon eligible).


• Enjoy connecting with people and building positive relationships.


• Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting.


• Passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through evidence-based exercise.
