The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Exercise Physiologist who is motivated, self-directed, and

passionate about delivering high-quality exercise interventions.

This full-time role offers:

Flexible working arrangements

An established caseload with a strong referral base (from our gym and external

sources)

Regular in-house professional development opportunities (CPD support provided)

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored exercise programs

Provide rehabilitation and chronic disease management services

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with other professionals

Support our social media and marketing initiatives through engaging content

Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals

Deliver both in-person and telehealth consultations (where required)

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in chronic pain management and musculoskeletal

rehabilitation

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chronic pain management and musculoskeletal

rehabilitation

Knowledge or interest in sports injuries, strength and conditioning

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A self-motivated, driven professional who thrives in a team environment

Experience with telehealth consultations (desirable)

ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (current registration)

DVA and WorkCover registered

Professional indemnity insurance

Current First Aid & CPR certification
