About the role:This role supports a major systems remediation and stabilisation program focused on improving finance, procurement and supply chain processes.

As Project Coordinator, you'll provide essential structure and support across governance, reporting, scheduling and project delivery.

You'll work closely with the Program Manager, PMs, technical teams and stakeholders to keep the program organised, informed and moving forward. This is a busy, varied role that suits someone who enjoys working in complex environments where accuracy, organisation and clear communication are key.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Steering Committee and Working Group meetings
  • Creating program updates and slide decks based on conversations with technically minded stakeholders
  • Coordinate governance activities including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Maintain documentation, registers and project repositories
  • Coordinate schedules, workshops and program logistics
  • Support program activities during release cycles and key milestones

About you:You are an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with strong attention to detail. You're confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and you take pride in keeping documentation accurate and up to date.

You enjoy supporting large programs and can manage competing priorities calmly and professionally. Experience in transformation programs or ERP environments is highly regarded but not essential.
