Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join its Brisbane-based team delivering structural steel packages across commercial and industrial sectors. With projects in the $500K–$5M range, the role demands strong coordination and planning capabilities.

You will be involved in managing RFQs, schedule oversight, procurement administration, and supporting on-site activities. This position suits a candidate who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quote requests, project tracking, and scheduling activities
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery timelines (P2P)
  • Prepare and table project deliverables for internal and client submission
  • Support site operations and travel to project locations as required
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, engineers, and fabrication teams

Candidate Profile:

  • Sound experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read and understand basic CAD or PDF drawing sets
  • Demonstrated ability to work without close supervision
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
