The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive person for the role of General Operations and Administration Support to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will assist with administration support, projects and facilities/general operations support. This position provides significant opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities will include:

Providing support to the Executive Assistant General Operations
-
Coordinating with local, interstate and London based departments such as IT, HR and Finance
-
Coordination of internal and external meetings
-
Coordination of visitors
-
Supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and staff functions
-
Providing high-level assistance support to our Partners, including calendar, meeting and travel coordination
-
Providing general administrative ad hoc support to staff as needed

You will have:

2 years proven experience in Administration/EA tasks.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
