We're excited to announce multiple full-time opportunities to join our team as a Property Claims Consultant.

As a Claims Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Every interaction you have has the power to make a real difference for our customers when they need us most.
You'll build strong relationships, explore the best possible outcomes with confidence, and work efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless claims process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, solutions-focused, and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Details

•    Location: Anywhere in Australia, where we have offices 

•    Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Western Australian Time)


•    Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model – only one in-office day per week required This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Interacting with our customers and assessing each situation. Managing and resolving issues with customers

• Researching, analysing and investigating information provided by our customers and supplier network

• Managing the settlement of claims and ensuring individual and team work lists are maintained up to date

What You'll Bring

• Experience in insurance or claims is preferable 

• Call centre experience  is preferable 

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders

• High technical proficiency, including the ability to navigate and manage multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously
