Job Description

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Operations (SBO) to partner with the Ecosystem and Marketplace business and product leaders to drive strategic initiatives, deliver business outcomes, and shape the long-term vision for our products and operations. This high-impact, visible role is ideal for a driven, analytical, and creative leader who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and present critical strategy recommendations to Atlassian's executive team, including CEOs and senior leadership.

  • Partner directly with product, go-to-market, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

  • Identify and execute strategic projects that promote integration and expansion of Atlassian's product portfolio.

  • Build financial and analytical models to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Drive business cadence, including regular business reviews and updates to increase visibility and accountability around key metrics.

  • Collaborate with analytics, finance, marketing, and sales to diagnose business challenges and deliver solutions.

  • Define and track progress against strategic objectives and OKRs.

  • Communicate priorities and outcomes in executive forums and across global teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology/saas strategy, strategy consulting or similar roles

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, deliver measurable outcomes, and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience building financial models.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
