What the day will look like
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing strategies for Aon and/or its risk capital units that drive growth, the role will have a particular focus on supporting industry campaigns. This management role requires advanced marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth objectives for Aon and its business units.
 - Act as a marketing liaison and trusted advisor for executive leadership and other key internal stakeholders.
 - Proactively identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to drive measurable business results.
 - Partner with senior marketing leadership to design and deliver complex marketing projects from conception to completion.
 - Analyze diverse sets of data and business situations, drawing actionable insights and recommendations that impact business operations.
 - Provide consultative advice to internal and external senior leaders using in-depth marketing and business expertise.
