IT Support Lead – MSP

Location:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on
IT Support Lead
to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in West End, Brisbane. This is a fully onsite role that requires a dedicated professional with advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), IT infrastructure management, and client-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Support:

• Provide proactive and reactive IT support for multiple clients, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.
• Manage identity systems (PIM, Conditional Access) and security platforms (Email, Endpoint, Firewall, Incident Management).
• Administer endpoint management solutions using Intune, including device profiles, compliance policies, and user provisioning.
• Perform advanced user administration tasks for Exchange, Teams (including Enterprise Voice), and M365 environments.
• Configure and maintain Unifi networks and Cloudflare DNS solutions.
• Manage Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and Endpoint Management systems.
• Travel to client sites across Brisbane as needed to provide onsite support and service.

Automation & Workflow Optimization:

• Design and implement process automations using Zapier to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize Airtable for project management, database organization, and workflow optimization.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on client projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client business needs and align IT solutions to meet their goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in 
  Microsoft 365 (M365)
   administration, including troubleshooting, identity management, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of 
  Cloudflare DNS
  , 
  Unifi networks
  , and endpoint management tools like Intune.
• Experience managing IT security systems, including email security, endpoint protection, and firewall management.
• Proven ability to administer Exchange, Teams (Enterprise Voice), and user environments.
• Familiarity with RMM tools, Apple Business Manager, and compliance management.

Automation & Workflow Optimization:

• Proficiency in 
  Zapier
   for automations and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with 
  Airtable
   for project management and database organization.

Leadership & Communication:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing team dynamics and client relationships.

General Skills:

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, or endpoint management.
• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• Exposure to platforms such as Cloudflare, VOIP, and Apple Business Manager.
