Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team based in the Brisbane CBD. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all levels of the business in an efficient, personal and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve IT issues, primarily for the Brisbane CBD offices
  • Provide first and second-level hardware and software support
  • Maintain processes and document procedures
  • Recommend upgrades and replacements when necessary
  • Buold the IT brand via local delivery of customer-facing technology initiatives
  • Involve in IT projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
  • MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Citrix virtualization platform
  • MS Teams collaboration tool
  • A/V conferencing solutions
  • SCCM and Intune endpoint management tools
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:
  • Tertiary qualifications with demonstrated working experience in a sole IT customer support role within a corporate office environment
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar IT support roles
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with a busy and varied workload
  • Strong customer/client focus with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with hardware lifecycle management is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of networks and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to build business relationships and serve senior level management
  • Confidence in delivering information sessions or training as required
  • ITIL V3 certification is essential and V4 desirable
  • Windows 11 and Intune are desirable
