What you'll do

• Be the warm, welcoming face of our Grenfell practice
• Manage bookings, payments, communication and daily office operations
• Support the Chiropractor to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Keep the practice organised, efficient and running smoothly
• Assist with community events and help grow the local patient base
• Educate and engage practice members about their health and care

Who you are

• Experienced in admin, reception or office management (3+ years ideal)
• Confident and proactive - you take initiative and keep things on track
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong systems and process focus
• Warm, approachable and people-focused with excellent communication skills
• Health-minded an aligned with a wellness lifestyle
• A natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to take ownership of your role with pride

The details

• Casual position: approx. 15 hours per week based at our Grenfell practice
• Usual shift hours: Monday 2:00m-6:30pm, Tuesday 6:45am-12:00pm and Thursday 6:45am-11:30am
• Additional hours may include participation in virtual company trainings and meetings as well as occasional weekend availability for external community events
• Flexibility to cover staff leave across our Cowra, Canowindra or Forbes locations is highly regarded
• Training provided in a supportive, health-focused team environment
