Are you an organized, friendly, and professional multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our dynamic real estate team as our Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients, agents, and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of our agency.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with property viewings.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure marketing materials are up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales and property management teams.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office coordination tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in real estate, reception, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM or booking systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
