The Role

We're looking for a Shower & Grout Repair Technician to join our expanding team. You'll be responsible for:

  • Removing and replacing grout and silicone
  • Preparing and cleaning shower surfaces
  • Performing leak prevention and shower resealing work
  • Ensuring a clean, professional finish on every job

Full training is provided in our Platinum Seal process, but experience in grouting or silicone work is preferred.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in grout or silicone work (preferred)
  • Reliable car and valid driver's licence (mandatory)
  • Available 4–5 days per week minimum
  • Eye for detail, pride in workmanship, and a strong work ethic
  • Punctual, self-motivated, and professional

Pay & Benefits:

  • $35–$40 per hour + super (depending on experience)
