Due to an exciting site expansion, Tip Top Canning Vale is hiring multiple Shift Managers to join our team. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing manufacturing environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role will be working 5 days a week and may include Saturday/Sunday with possible night shifts/early mornings.

Purpose of the Role

  • Leading and coaching shift teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality production
  • Driving a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintaining food safety and quality, supporting audits and continuous improvement
  • Optimising operational performance, managing labour, inventory and production schedules
  • Building team capability, fostering engagement, inclusion and talent development
  • Communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust

*About You*
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing leadership within FMCG
  • Proven ability to lead change, drive process improvement and build high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
