Local Workforce Hire has been engaged to recruit an experienced ride-on sweeper/scrubber operator for our cleaning business in Coopers Plains.

We're searching for a dedicated Ride-On Sweeper/Scrubber Operator who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety across sites, and wants to be part of a company that looks after its people.

*What You'll Do:*

  • Collect truck and equipment from our Coopers Plains warehouse (soon relocating to Willawong).
  • Travel to multiple client sites per shift.
  • Operate ride-on sweepers and scrubbers, and carry out pressure washing.
  • Deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.

*What We're Looking For:*

  • Manual MR Licence (essential).
  • White Card (construction induction).
  • Own vehicle for transport to/from warehouse.
  • Reliability, independence, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts (occasional split shifts with paid waiting time).
