About the role

Grassland Goats, a leading provider of premium goat products, is seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team based in Esk, Queensland. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our high-quality products to our valued customers across the SE Qld region. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth and the chance to be a part of a dynamic and innovative company. The position is 4-days per week, for an immediate start.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers within the local and surrounding areas
  • Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and according to customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures, inventory checks, and any issues encountered
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with loading/unloading as needed
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to keep the delivery vehicle in good working condition
  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies throughout your duties

What we're looking for

  • A valid Australian HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence (essential) with a clean driving record
  • Experience in a similar delivery driver or logistics role, ideally within the food or beverage industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
