We are currently looking for a suitably qualified trainer and assessor to deliver CHC Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) at our Toogoolawah 4313 location.

  • Delivery will include the use of flexible learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week.

Essential Requirements
  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care
  • Sound understanding of the Community Services Industry
  • Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)
  • Current Driver's Licence

The ability to train and assessHLTAID011 - Provide first aid would be highly regarded

What You'll Be Doing
  • Teaching and assessing the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) to a range of learners
  • Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed
  • Using different teaching methods to keep learners engaged
  • Marking and submitting assessments on time
  • Helping students find work placements
  • Keeping accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with community partners and local employers

Compensation is competitive and will be based on your experience. Salary sacrifice is available
