Join our team to deliver high-quality digital training and support for staff, helping clinicians and non-clinicians confidently use the digital systems.

Your new role:

In this role, you will deliver engaging digital training and hands-on support to staff across Metro South Health and Hospital Service (MSHHS). You will play a key part in ensuring staff can effectively use the ieMR and other digital systems to provide safe, high-quality care.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the design, creation, packaging, maintenance, and delivery of digital learning materials and training activities.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and new starters while promoting positive adoption of digital change.
  • Support communication and change activities, including training news and quick-reference guide updates, and provide flexible training formats such as classroom, rolling, and one-on-one sessions.

You will bring:

  • Knowledge of the ieMR and the ability to train or learn multiple clinical and non-clinical workflows across MSH.
  • Experience supporting the design and delivery of structured, learner-focused training.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly instruct, inform, and support diverse learners.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships within multidisciplinary teams.
