Join a respected national insurance builder as a Site Supervisor/Project Manager, leading repair and reinstatement projects across Brisbane. This role suits someone experienced in insurance building or construction who thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment.


About the Role

Reporting to the Queensland Construction Manager, you will oversee 40–60 concurrent insurance repair jobs while managing trades, property owners and insurer stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same and perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and problem-solving on the go.


What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple active jobs
  • Maintain strong communication with trades, property owners and insurers
  • Arrange access, resolve issues onsite and ensure smooth workflow
  • Oversee WHS, compliance, inspections and documentation
  • Work closely with Estimators, Supervisors and Claims teams
  • Process quotes, variations and weekly cost reporting
  • Keep all job notes, photos and updates accurate in the company's digital platform
  • Provide updates to Claims Case Managers and internal teams
  • Drive quality, customer service and job progress from start to finish

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager in the insurance construction industry
  • Ability to manage multiple repair jobs across a wide range of perils
  • Strong organisational, stakeholder and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of building practices, regulations and WHS
  • Confident communicator who can lead and influence trades
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction, Trade, Building or Engineering
  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
