Site Supervisor / Estimator – National Insurance Builder | South Brisbane

Join a well-renowned national insurance builder known for quality workmanship, reliability, and genuine care for their clients. This is an opportunity to work within an established and supportive team that values precision, integrity, and long-term relationships.

This dual Site Supervisor / Estimator position will see you managing a mix of insurance repair projects across South Brisbane and surrounding areas. You'll oversee works from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise multiple insurance repair jobs simultaneously
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare cost estimates, and scope work accurately
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery
  • Liaise with clients, insurance assessors, and suppliers to maintain strong communication
  • Maintain compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company procedures

About You

  • Background in residential or insurance construction – estimating or supervision
  • Trade-qualified or relevant construction management background
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • QBCC - Site Supervisor License
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working both on-site and in the office
