Paradise Motors (est.1956), now Paradise Mazda, is proudly family-owned and has been operating as one of South Australia's most awarded Mazda dealers for over 44 years. The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate IT Administrator to assist with general IT administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a close-knit and family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the General Manager

  • Assist in maintaining all Dealership IT infrastructure and Hardware

  • Assist in maintaining all Dealership Software

  • Be the source of contact for all IT providers

  • Communicate and coordinate with our main IT provider

  • Communicate and coordinate with 3rd Party IT providers

  • Setting up new PC's, including email accounts, log-in's

  • Trouble-shoot internal IT issues

  • Assist staff with computer issues

  • Maintain internal computer network

  • Ad hoc duties as instructed by management

You will be great in this role because:

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skillsets

  • You have highly developed organisational and time management skills

  • Strong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environment

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products

  • Familiar with basic tasks in Active Directory and Exchange admin console

  • Knowledge of TCPIP Networking, including DNS and DHCP

  • You are familiar with the Windows Server Environment

  • You are familiar with computer networking

Desirable:

  • Ability to understand and learn Dealership Management Systems i.e. Pentana

We are looking for a
highly enthusiastic and presentable individual.
You will also be someone who has exceptional communication skills and who can build strong relationships with clients and other members of the team.

Above all, you will be a patient and adaptable professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and commitments.
