Shoal Bay Country Club, located on the shores of Shoal Bay in Port Stephens, is on the lookout for Section Waiters to work in our Atmos restaurant, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
Atmos brings traditional architecture and authentic flavours of Greece to Port Stephens. An authentic Greek dining experience; focused on shared meals, Greek inspired cocktails, a relaxing atmosphere with magnificent views.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Section Waiter at Atmos, you'll be an integral part of a high performing and passionate team that prides itself on delivering exceptional experiences to customers. This is a great role for service superstars who want to put their strong communication skills and positive attitude to work, in a vibrant restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in your own section of our authentic Greek restaurant.
- Guide guests through our menu, share recommendations, and provide attentive table service.
- Manage orders from start to finish—taking, relaying, serving, and settling with accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism in your section.
- Work as part of a vibrant team in a busy, waterfront dining destination.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends is essential.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant experience as a Section Waiter in full-service restaurants, able to manage large sections
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity
- Strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine and a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry
- Passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences
- A "can do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid NSW RSA certification required
