Business Development & Partnership Manager – Real Estate category

  • $115,000 base + super + comms – OTE = $155,000 PA

Our client is a global leader in property marketing solutions. Premium photography, 3D visualisations and digital content solutions that empowers and engages real estate agents and property buyers.

This role is more than just managing accounts—it's about driving real business growth. You'll take ownership of approximately 60 existing clients across NSW and the ACT building deeper adoption and delivering stronger results. Importantly, 50% of your role will be focused on new business development — prospecting, pitching and bringing in new accounts.

You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining this portfolio of important customers. Fostering these key relationships, ensuring retention, growth and an ongoing mutually rewarding working relationship. Someone who's happy working from home, only visiting the office once or twice a week. Someone who has a car and can travel around Sydney, NSW and the ACT when required to do so. Someone focused on providing value through identifying and understanding the customer's needs, providing solutions, exceeding customer expectations and providing an excellent level of customer experience and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets
  • Increase adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor account health, identify insights, and take proactive steps to drive engagement and retention
  • Use consultative selling to match client needs with tailored solutions
  • Lead product adoption and usage initiatives across your portfolio
  • Challenge the status quo and identify smarter ways to deliver value
  • Conduct disciplined 90-day account reviews to ensure continued value, training, and alignment
  • Manage your sales pipeline with a strong focus on performance and accountability
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform strategy and activity

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in account management and/or new business development
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand client accounts
  • Experience in real estate or a property-adjacent industry (preferred)
  • A growth mindset and openness to coaching and development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across varied stakeholders
  • A team player who is goal-oriented and committed to both personal and team growth
  • Confidence in delivering product training and presenting to groups
  • A dynamic, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
