HR are in place to support our leaders and our people in delivering the very best healthcare to individuals and their families. 

We are seeking a full-time HR Coordinator who shares our values and is committed to supporting our people in delivering the highest quality healthcare across Australia. This role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

We are also seeking a part-time HR Coordinator, working approximately 22.5 hours per week. About the role:You will be responsible for supporting our leaders with day-to-day matters including end-to-end recruitment, drafting contracts, answering HR queries, training and development, providing industrial instrument advice, reporting and compliance. 

Working under both a HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner, you will be provided with the opportunity to grow your skills as a HR Coordinator, including gaining exposure the health care industry and a nursing enterprise agreement.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred) with a passion for people and workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the HR team and can build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and professional conduct when engaging with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
