Senior Foreman - High End Residential Units / Houses - Eastern Suburbs

Excellent Rates - Salary or Hourly Rate.

  • Newbuild 3 year project starting in the the coming months.
  • Quality subbies to work with. Projects always well resourced.

  • Rotating Saturdays to give our site teams a break

Duties;

  • All aspects of WHS&E
  • Developing and monitoring short term programmes
  • Consulting with Architecs and engineers
  • Managing quality and subcontractors
  • Material take-offs and ordering
  • Training and development of the junior team members

Skills and requirements:

  • Carpentry Trade Qualification
  • Cert 4 or Diploma highly regarded
  • 5+ years supervising experience on projects $5M+
  • Keen eye for detail and have worked on high end finishes
  • Proven ability to liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and clients
  • Strong work history with reliable references
