The Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated candidates with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, to join our award-winning Remote Services program.

As a Remote Services Officer, based at our Kalgoorlie Office you will have you travelling to regional and remote locations to deliver a range of driver and vehicle licensing services (including practical driving assessments), making differences to the lives of people who live in some of the most remote areas of WA. We want people who can work with a range of stakeholders, from remote community residents to Government agencies and community organisations such as not for profits.

Eligibility

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
• Hold a current driver's licence with minimum C class and be willing to upgrade to HR class in the future.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Senior First Aid/First Aid Certificate.

• Is willing to travel to a range of locations (including remote communities) and work outside of core business hours and on weekends.
• Is versatile, hardworking, and adaptable and can consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
• Can effectively and sensitively engage with people from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal people and remote communities; people with a disability, and people who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.
• Demonstrates great team working capability.
• Can build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
