Wallaby Crash Supplies is one of the largest automotive paint suppliers of Axalta Coatings in NSW, proudly servicing Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Tamworth and the Central West.

Established in 1992, and backed by more than 30 years of experience, we've built a strong reputation as a trusted partner in the automotive refinish industry by supporting loyal customers across NSW. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service and solutions — no matter how big or small the job.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated person to join our administration team. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for our business while also providing vital back-office support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones, greeting customers and directing enquiries
  • Receiving and processing standard forms
  • Relaying information between departments
  • Maintaining records, filing, copying and handling mail
  • Using MYOB for invoicing, credits and debits
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks
  • Occasional banking duties (driver's licence required)

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Reliability, motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • Current driver's license
