Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Officer located in Canberra. The Client Services Officer will be responsible for managing client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional client support. Daily tasks include assisting with financial plans, facilitating communication between clients and advisers, and handling administrative duties related to client services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Client Services, and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or client services is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team environment
