Role Description

Elysium Private Wealth is seeking a
Client Services Manager
for a part-time hybrid position based in Canberra, with flexible work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities include

  • Providing administrative and client service support to a financial adviser, including preparation and management of client documentation
  • Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Assisting with compliance requirements and workflow management across the advice process
  • Managing client enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery throughout the client experience

Core Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Client Services Manager within a financial planning firm
  • Proficiency in Xplan, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial planning software
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
